1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged or spoiled upon arrival.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The item has not been opened or consumed and is within its expiration period (for non-perishable goods only).

 

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Send your request to matuhfoods@gmail.com

After reviewing your claim:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement item instead.

 

3. Shipping Issues

If your order was lost or delayed in transit, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

 

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item is defective or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund, depending on availability.
